Last weekend, I travelled to Newman University in Birmingham for a touchtennis tournament. This was my first touchtennis tournament of the year.
In my first match, I won 4-1, 4-0. Then, playing the 2nd seed, who was ranked number 6 in the world (I was number 9 in the world), I won 5-3, 2-4, 4-2, taking me into the quarterfinals. I won the next match 4-0, 4-0, so I was in the semifinal against world number 11. I won that match 4-0, 5-3, which meant I was in the final, where I would face world number 3. I played very well and won that match 4-0, 0-4, 4-1, ending it with a forehand return winner.

After the singles, the doubles tournament started, where my partner and I beat both the first and the second seed on our way to the title.
It was a very successful day for me, winning both the singles and doubles and improving my ranking.

Congratulations, well done
